New Year’s Eve Comfort Food

My back is still sore with all the cooking made for New Year’s Eve
My version of Morcon (Beef Roulade), a Filipino dish of Spanish roots consisting of sliced of beef rolled and stuffed with meats, sausages and/or cheese.
My version of Cannelloni (too bad this batch was eaten too soon before I could take more pictures).
